Drude Rental Management is a locally owned and operated property management company.

 

Founded by Bobby Drude in 1972, Drude Rental has been assisting owners and tenants in the Florida Parishes for over forty-years. We possess a vast knowledge of the rental industry and all that it entails. From efficiency apartments to luxury houses and everything in between, we have an extensive range of properties to suit most anyone’s rental needs. 

 

We pride ourselves in service. With an office team trained in property management, Drude can handle every aspect of renting your property. From advertising to showing, execution of the lease to monthly maintenance, rent collection and income distribution, there is nothing we cannot handle. Our reliable and professional maintenance staff is always on call to take care of tenants and owners alike. Being knowledgeable in all areas required to ensure efficient management and timely service allows us to keep costs down, which, in turn, is beneficial to our property owners and investors.
